I was born on 13th August, 1975 in Szőny near Komárom. Almásfüzitő, Komárom and Szőny are the places in my life where I love to live. The proximity of nature and human has always been important for me since my childhood and I have been able to enjoy it here. This is the source of my joy in creation, which is the compass of my life. Predominantly I deal with enamels and paintings.

I have graduated with provision for the journey from Eger as a teacher of arts and German. I was teaching children in arts oriented schools and various creativity camps. I participated at the conferences of Art Enamel Workshop in Kecskemét between 1998 and 2001 and I enjoyed arts venues in Veszprém and Gyermely. Several exhibitions received my works of arts.

I opened a workshop gallery in Komárom in 1998, which I devoted mainly to enamels. Here I have organized exhibitions and artistic programs until my son was born.

At present I work in my home workshop. I spend a part of my time with producing those enamel nameplates, which are exhibited here.

My Way to Nameplates

I met the incredibly rich world of enamel techniques and its innumerable possibilities during my studies of arts in 1996. It did capture me. Since this point I have created my unique enamel pictures approached from the aspect of painting. When creating I have to take into consideration the fact that the thought or the feeling ought to mould clearly from the inside. This is a very serious game for me that I cannot get tired of.

I made the first nameplate as a present three years ago driven by a pleasant idea, which turned out to be such success that newer pieces of them are being born. I find the enamel perfect for this purpose because of its beautiful shiny, lifelong and decorative character.

I have found this slice of applied arts which is not far from me at all. It is a splendid feeling that I can add my personal “best wishes” to other’s life with my nameplates.
