Nameplate
Sizes of the nameplate:
I work with four sizes:
- 5 x 10 cm
- 6 x 12 cm
- 7.5 x 15 cm
- 10 x 15 cm
The Fixation of the Nameplate
I glue the ready plates to a plastic baseboard, which is in harmony with the color of the nameplate and crosses it. The back of this is adhesive, which makes it easy to stick the nameplate on the door after cleaning its surface.
The total size (generally):
- 7 x 12 cm
- 8 x 14 cm
- 9,5 x 17 cm
- 12 x 17 cm
There exists a solution where the size of the adhesive baseboard and the plate is identical and the baseboard cannot be seen.
Upon request I can furnish the baseboard with boreholes and small screws making it able to fix it on less smooth surface.
I recommend an adhesive of flexible character for sticking the nameplate on the door in case the baseboard is not needed. (Do not use super glue.)
